Lauren, 15, of Battle Creek, passed away peacefully in her sleep from natural causes, Saturday, January 4, 2014. Lauren was the daughter of Jerry Johnson and Nancy Binger.
She was a sophomore at Lakeview High School and enjoyed skiing, spending time at the lake and spending time with her friends and family. Lauren had a warm heart, sweet smile and a fun loving sense of humor that will be missed.
Lauren is survived by her mother and step-father, Nancy and Corey Binger of Battle Creek; father, Jerry Johnson of North Muskegon; sister, Gabrielle Binger of Battle Creek; brother, Nathan Johnson of North Muskegon, grandparents, Beverly Johnson of North Muskegon, Donald Beemer of Jackson and Al and Carol Binger of Battle Creek.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Frank Johnson and grandmother Dianne Beemer.
Services were held on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Battle Creek, with Pastor Brad Hubbard officiating.
Private interment.
