Amy was born in Central, Arizona, to 35-year-old George Albert Bigler, a farmer born in Utah who immigrated to Arizona in the name of the Latter Day Saints, and his 22-year-old wife Emily Elmer, who was also born in Utah.

She died Jan. 6, 2014.
She is the wife of Loyal G. Haddock, and they had five children: Norma Goodman (Dale, deceased), Venice Higginbotham (Ron, deceased), Ed Haddock (Susan, deceased), Jim Haddock (Char), and Ruth Christensen (Roy). She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 88 great-grandchildren, and 45 great-great-grandchildren.
Amy earned a teaching certificate from Arizona State College at Flagstaff (now NAU) and taught school two years.
She was also a seamstress and avid quilter. She gardened, and she loved flowers.
Amy was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, working with children.
We will miss her kind and gentle love and her beautiful, sweet smile.
Services are Saturday, Jan. 11, at the St. David L.D.S. Church, with visitation at 9 a.m. and funeral services at 10:30 a.m.
Burial follows at South Lawn Cemetery in Tucson, Ariz.
Arrangements under the direction of Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, Tucson, AZ.
