Jack spent his early years living in in several states and overseas while his father was in the Army. Jack graduated from Middletown High School.
In his early twenties, he moved to Albany, Oregon and has lived here ever since.
Jack enjoyed riding his Harley, bar-b-queing, and working on one of his many pickup truck projects.
Jack was preceded in death by his father Frank and brother Jon. Survivors include his sisters, Chantal Hanslovan, of Sonoma, CA, Sharon Fasano and her husband, Mike, of Sonoma, CA and Candy McClain of Whitewater, WI and companion, Cala Poirier of Albany.
Services at a later date. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association in care of Fisher Funeral Home, 306 SW Washington St, Albany, OR 97321.
