Lisa Marie Frank, 45, passed away peacefully in her sleep, after a short illness, on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013, at her home in Billings. She was born in Sidney, Mont., on March 27, 1968, to parents Art and Marlene (Stroh) Frank. She was baptized and confirmed in St. Matthews Catholic Church in Sidney. Lisa attend school in Sidney, graduating from high school in 1986. In the fall of 1986, Lisa attended Eastern Montana College, now known as Montana State University, graduating in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology.

Lisa's working career began with Corporate Air for 15 years, five years at Avitas, currently as an Eligibility Administrator at EBMS.

Lisa was very vivacious, had an epic sense of humor, always full of kindness, and caring for others. She dedicated her life to rescuing and caring for any furry animal in need.

Lisa will be dearly missed by her family and her many friends. She is survived by her parents, Art and Marlene; brother Michael (Kelly); nephew Sebastian; and her furry kids. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Leonard and Elsie Frank, and Sebastian and Tillie Stroh.

Memorial Mass for Lisa will be at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Billings, 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the City of Billings Injured Animal Fund, which allows for emergency veterinarian care for stray or lost pets who are found (P.O. Box 1178 Billings, MT. 59103).
