Born October 19, 1927 in Brookville, Indiana he was the son of the late Joseph & Amelia (Niedenthal) Schneider. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
On December 1, 1951, he and the former Joy Busic were united in marriage, and she survives.
Paul had been employed at the former Westinghouse, Inc for several years, and had retired from Monsanto Chemical in Cincinnati after 25 years of service.
Survivors include his wife of nearly 58 years, Joy Busic Schneider; two grandchildren, Derick Paul Runtz and Anna Kelly Johnson; his sister-in-law, Roselle (Whitey) Merrell, special friends Ed, Rusty, Danny, Jewell and Bryan; as well as several nieces & nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Bridgett Lynne Schneider on July 18, 2009; as well as several brothers & sisters. Bridgett's Memorial will be included within her fathers' services.
Rev. Paul Ayers will officiate the private funeral services on Thursday, October 15, 2009. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville.
