Frances Boudreaux passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at her residence surrounded by her loving family and close friends at the age of 67. A retired school bus driver with False River Academy and WBR School Board, she was a resident of Erwinville and a native of Alexandria, La.
Visiting will be at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Lakeland, Mass of Christian Burial, celebrated by Father Todd Lloyd. Interment will be at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Cemetery, Lakeland.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Roy Boudreaux; daughters, Angela Kannon, Shonda B. Sproles, and Brenna Henderson; sons, Billy Henderson and Chad Boudreaux and wife Patricia; sister, Amy Cash; brother, Kenneth "Hambone" Miles; grandchildren, Kelsey and Colton Kannon, Morgan and McKenzie Boudreaux, Wyatt Sproles and Hunter Henderson; great grandchildren, Kade and Kaleb Lecoq; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, Walter and Mary Shannon Miles; sisters, Harriet and JoAnn; brothers, Barney and Steve; and son in law, Todd Sproles.
Pallbearers will be Trent Kimble, Keith Boudreaux, Lou Mougeot, Jay McLin, Gregory Cash and Dean Kannon.
She loved to cook and was an avid craftsman who enjoyed quilting, painting and ceramics.
