LINCOLNTON ? Ruby Davis Hoffman, 72, 1244 Davis Road, died Jan. 24, 2000, at Cleveland Memorial Hospital, Shelby.

She was a native of Lincoln County, daughter of the late J.H. and Margaret Mode Davis, retired bookkeeper from Ray?s Auto Parts, member of River View Baptist Church.

SURVIVORS: Husband, Ray Hoffman; son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Trudy Hoffman, Lincolnton; grandchildren, Elizabeth Hill, Denver, John Hoffman, Lincolnton

FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Wednesday, River View Baptist Church, Rev. Nathan May
