Mildred M. Brown
EDINA, Mo. — Mrs. Mildred M. Brown, 73, of Edina, died at 5:45 p.m. Thursday (Jan. 7, 1982) in Blessing Hospital, Quincy, following a long illness.
She was born in Edina, on Jan. 28, 1908, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth Rose Kriegshauser. On June 23, 1940, she married Charles Brown in Edina. He survives. Together with her husband, she operated the Brown Market in Edina for 38 years.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Millie Sue Adams of Keokuk, Iowa, two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Kiley of Shelbina, Mrs. Vera Cantwell of Edina, and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five brothers.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edina, conducted by the Rev. Charles Patterson. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Kriegshauser Funeral Home in Edina.
