Denison - Chad Quentin Clark, 37, entered into eternal life after injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident on Monday, Dec. 30, 2013 in Denison.

Chad was born Oct. 16, 1976 in Lawton, Okla., the son of George Henry and Marilyn (Coe) Clark. He married the love of his life, Lisa McCrary, Dec. 28, 2012 in Sherman, Texas. Chad worked hard to provide for his family. His five children brought him much joy and happiness. He was a loving husband, father, son and brother. Although he is gone from our lives physically, he will forever be in our hearts.

Chad leaves behind his beloved family, wife, Lisa Clark of Denison; children, Alaric Hall, Quentin Clark, Michael Clark, Macey Clark and Paige Clark; parents, George and Marilyn Clark; brothers, Toby Clark and wife, Janita, and Cory Clark; grandmothers, Ruby Jewell Clark and Geraldine Coe; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014 at Victory Life Church in Durant, Okla.

In memory of Chad the family requests memorials to be made to Chad Clark Memorial Fund at any Landmark Bank location. They are accepting monetary funds, as well as food, diapers and clothing needed for the family.

Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home, 604 W. Main, Denison.
