They had one son, Marcus (Mark) Beachtell. Nancy died in 1854 and George W. remarried later that year to Charlotte Stoker. They had two children from their marriage: Mary and Charles. Charlotte Stoker Beachtell was not buried in the adjacent gravesite with her husband.
