We respectfully announce the passing of Mr. James Domineck, age 74 of Miami Gardens, Florida formerly of Newnan, on Monday, January 7, 2013 at Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Local survivor is his sister, Mrs. Mary Dunson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 19, 2013, 12:00 noon at the Roscoe Jenkins Chapel located at 182 Millard Farmer Industrial Blvd., Newnan. Interment will follow immediately after the service at Sunset Cemetery.

Viewing and visitation will be Friday, January 18, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m at the funeral home.

-Obituary-

JAMES DOMINECK was born September 12, 1938 in Newnan, Georgia to the late Alanson and Luvenia Domineck. He was the tenth of eleven children, seven of which preceded him in death. On January 7, 2013 he made his peaceful transition into heaven.

James received his education in the Newnan Public School System and was a graduate of Madras High School. After leaving school he became a truck driver for Thunderbird Boat, Inc. and then moved to Miami, Florida where he drove for A-1 Bus Lines for 12 years. James loved driving so much he drove for the U.S. Postal Service 21 years upon retiring. James was a very devoted father, grandfather, and great grandfather. James was a father who cherished and loved his children dearly, two of which preceded him in death. Over 35 years ago, James was united in Holy Matrimony to his beautiful wife, Leila on April 18, 1977.

Left to cherish his precious, beautiful memories are: his loving and devoted wife Leila Domineck of Miami, FL; two sons: James (Stacy) Domineck, Jr. of Lakeland, Florida and Robert Bynoe, Jr. of Miami, Florida; six daughters: Patricia Domineck of Florida, Lynda Domineck of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Delores Domineck of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Hope Toney of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Sharon Dancy of Miami, Florida, and Shardae Domineck of Miami, Florida; He is survived by his three sisters: Mary (Joe) Dunson of Newnan, Georgia, Beatrice (John) Evans of Atlanta, Georgia and Lena Andrews of Atlanta, Georgia; Four sister-in-laws: Phyllis Lacroix (Harold) of Miami, Florida, Lynda Forester of Chicago, Illinois, Ann Digby (Chester) of Chicago, Illinois, Faye Robinson of Somerset, New Jersey; one brother-in-law: L.C. Cochran of Miami, Florida; twenty two grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren, God-children, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
