Sandra "Cookie" Renee Buckner, 40, 610 Whitfield Drive, died Wednesday at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday at New Stoney Hill United Holy Church with Dr. H. E. McNair officiating. Burial will follow at Willowdale Cemetery.
Visitation is today from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Haskins Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at the residence, where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
She was born April 25, 1973, in Washington, D.C.
She is survived by three children.
