TO THE HONORABLE THE JUDGE OF THE PROBATE COURT IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF ESSEX RESPECTFULLY represents Charles H. Davis of Haverhill in the County of Essex
that Mehitable D. Brickett who last dwelt in Haverhill in said County of Essex, widow of Franklin Brickett died on the nineteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninetynine intestate, possessed of goods and estate remaining to be administered, leaving as her only heirs-at-law and next of kin the persons whose names, residences and relationship to the deceased are as follows, viz.: NAME. RESIDENCE. RELATIONSHIP.

that your petitioner has been requested to administer upon the estate of deceased by all parties in interest.
Wherefore your petitioner prays that he, or some other suitable person, be appointed administrator of the estate of said deceased, and certifies that the statements herein contained are true to the best his knowledge and belief.
