Jackie David Stone, Sr., age 66, of Wray, GA passed away on Friday, January 3, 2014, at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Stone was born on September 16, 1947, in Douglas, GA to the late Dennis Stone and Vivian Jackson Stone.
Survivors include: his daughter, Melissa (Kevin) White of Pearson, GA, two sons, Jackie David Stone, Jr. of Ambrose, GA and Jesse Stone of Jacksonville, FL, five sisters, Lorene Welch of Ambrose, GA, Lucille Bailey, Lynette Story, Brenda (Ed) Harper, and Barbara (Oren) Lee all of Douglas, GA, brother, J.J. Stone of Wray, GA, three grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service were held on Sunday, January 5, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at New Hope Church Cemetery with Rev. Rob Merritt officiating.
