Born in South Kingstown, she was a daughter of Orie Chambers, Sr. and Cheryl Cahoone, both of South Kingstown.
Mrs. Mack has been employed at the University of Rhode Island for the past fourteen years. She enjoyed doing crafts, gardening and attended the Curtis Corner Baptist Church.
Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by two sons, Keith Mack and Trevor Mack, both of West Kingston; and two brothers, Orie Chambers, Jr. of Reading, PA and Heath Chambers of South Kingstown.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield. Burial will follow in New Fernwood Cemetery, Kingston.
