Keith "Uncle Buzzy" Sharp, 76, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2014. Born in Van Buren, IN, Keith was a truck driver with Ruan-Fruehauf Transport for 30 years, retiring in 1994. He was an avid Cubs and Bears fan.
Surviving are his daughter, Linda (Doug) Haaser of Hudson; sons, Timothy Sharp, Michael Sharp and Steve Sharp all of Fort Wayne, Kevin (Rhonda) Sharp and David (Diane) Sharp both of Kendallville; brothers, Derry (Catherine) Sharp of Covington, LA, and Thomas Franks of Spencerville; sisters, Shirley Schug and Lois (Charles) Teagarden both of Huntington; 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Keith was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Sharp and brother, Dean Sharp.
Service is 10 a.m. Tuesday at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Rd. with calling 1 hour prior. Calling also 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family
