She was married on May 30, 1939 to Clinton Hulon "Jack" Frazier (1915-2001), the son of Henry Jefferson "Jeff" Frazier (1874–1945) and Bertie Ethel (Bledsoe) Frazier (1878–1954).
A hairstylist for more than 40 years, she worked at the Old Hickory Beauty Salon and was also a long-time member of the Ruth Ensor Methodist Church.
Beernice was 95 years old and a resident of Old Hickory, Tennessee when she passed away on December 31, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her husband; son Donald Frazier; five brothers; and four sisters.
Survivors include a married daughter; a sister; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Burial was in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
