She was born March 9, 1947, at Wilson, Arkansas, to the late Tracy and Dorothy Porter.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Tim Blake and a brother.
Survivors include her husband, Eugene Lackey of Osceola, son, Todd Blake of Wilson; sister, Donna Davis of Cabot; five grandchildren; five great-grand-children; niece and nephew, Megan and Jeremy Davis, both of Cabot.
Services were held at Wilson's Osceola Funeral Home. Burial was in Rivercrest Gardens at Marie.
