Lois J. Rowe (nee Wegner), 85, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, NJ.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the O'Boyle Funeral Home, 309 Broad St, Bloomfield, NJ, on Monday, Dec. 23, at 9:00 AM. The Funeral Mass will be offered at Sacred Heart Church at 10:00 AM. Interment is in Glendale Cemetery. Visitation is on Sunday, Dec 22, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. Born in Newark, NJ, Lois was a lifelong resident of Bloomfield. She worked as a secretary at Seton Hall University, retiring after 20 years.
She was the mother of Raymond and his wife, Patricia, of West Caldwell, NJ; Kenneth of Bloomfield; Ronald L. and his wife, Kathleen, of Watchung, NJ, and the late Kathleen Gallo; mother-in-law of Joseph Gallo of Kinnelon, NJ; sister of Robert. T. Wegner of East Hanover, NJ, and the late Raymond McKenna; grandmother of Michael, Matthew, Joseph and Lauren Gallo, Jason and Jonathan Rowe, Matthew, Caitlin, Ronnie and Claudia Rowe; and great-grandmother of Brielle and Thaxton Gallo.
