Joyce was a resident of Highland, Michigan. She married William T. Blevins, and their children are William T. Blevins Jr., Dawn L. (Todd) Schultz, Debby M. Yousif and the late Scott L. Blevins. She was a member of Alpine Valley Social Brethren Church. She was also avid with crafts and crocheting. She was the dearest grandmother of Kyle, Desire’, Tommy, Jonet, Julia and great grandmother of Tyler. She was also the loving sister of Frankie (Ellie) Scott, Pat (Dick) Blevins, Pixie O’Brien and the late Mary Ann Hoeft; and a special aunt of Rob (Shelia) Blevins.
