Ronald K. Meyers, 79, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 8:05 p.m., December 31, 2013, at Memorial Hospital, South Bend, Indiana.

He was born December 31, 1934, in Cincinnati, Ohio to William G. and Esther B. (McCarthy) Meyers. On September 12, 1959, in Cincinnati, Ohio, he married Ann Quigley, who preceded him in death on June 9, 2001.

Mr. Meyers graduated from Milford High School, Milford, Ohio, received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Cincinnati, and his Master's Degree from Xavier University. He was past President and Chairman of Rochester Metal Products, Rochester, Indiana. He attended St. Joseph Catholic Church, and was a member of the Elks Lodge, Kiwanis Club, and FEDCO. He enjoyed golfing, traveling, especially to Arizona, sports of all kinds, and was a fan of the Cincinnati Reds and the Bengals.

Survivors include his children, Kathy and husband Chris Hawley, South Bend, Indiana, Karen Meyers Holzer, Cincinnati, Ohio, Ronald L. and wife Mary Kaye Meyers, Cincinnati, Ohio, Joseph Meyers and fiancé Wendy Bailey, Windsor, Connecticut, six grandchildren, Alexander Holzer, Cincinnati, Ohio, Taylor Meyers, Webster, New York, Connor Holzer, Cincinnati, Ohio, Calissa Meyers, Cincinnati, Ohio, Lauren Meyers, Webster, New York, Brandon Hawley, South Bend, Indiana, sisters Clarice Gahr, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Anita and husband Joseph Semrad, Cincinnati, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother William Meyers.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 6, 2014, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Daryl Rybicki officiating. Burial will take place at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rochester, Indiana. Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. on Sunday, January 5, 2014, at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Friends may also visit on Monday from 10-10:45 a.m., at the funeral home.
