Ophelia O'Steen, 77, died January 1, 2014 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born January 27, 1936 in Coffee County to the late Henry Clayton and Mollie Tanner Adams. Survivors include her husband, Joe O'Steen of Douglas, 2 sons, Joseph Clayton O'Steen and Adam(Elicia) O'Steen of Douglas, sister Gladys Hussey of Jacksonville, Fla 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be the day of the service. Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Harrell Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev Larry Stone officiating. Sims Funeral HOme was in charge of arrangements.
