Aaron Wilford Christiansen was born 8 May 1900 in Bothwell, Box Elder, Utah, USA. He was 7th of the nine children born to James Christian Severin Christiansen (1861-1947) and Ane Marie [Poulsen] Christiansen (1864-1951). Siblings: Charles Christian Christiansen (1887-1888), Christina Marie Christiansen (1889-1963), James Henry William Christiansen (1891-1976), Bertha Johanna Christiansen (1893-1985), Rosa Andrae Christiansen (1895-1962), ​Christian Charles Christiansen (1898-1933), Levi Woodruff Christiansen (1903-1957) and Melvin Paul Christiansen (1905-1979). Shortly after his 23rd birthday, he was married to Urilla Thorpe (1898-1987) on 12 June 1923 in Malad City, Oneida, Idaho. They are the parents of four daughters: Florence Mary [Christiansen] Hammer (1924-2004), Urilla Arlene [Christiansen] Hill (1926-1982), Patricia Ann [Christiansen] Perkins (1933-) and Kathleen [Christiansen] Whitesides (1936-1982). He suffered a heart-attack on 25 January 1975 and he died at his home in Layton, Davis, Utah. He was laid to rest in the Kaysville City Cemetery in Kaysville, Davis, Utah.

LAYTON--Aaron Wilford Christiansen, 74, Layton, died of a heart-attach January 25, 1975 at home. Born May 8, 1900, Bothwell, Box Elder County to James Christian Severin and Anne Marie Poulsen Christiansen. Married Urilla Thorpe June 12, 1922 [1923], Malad City, Idaho; later solemnized, Salt Lake LDS Temple. Retired U.S. Civil Service.

(Florence) Hammer, Eagle, Alaska; Mrs. Dale (Pat) Perkins, Clearfield; Mrs. Richard (Arlene) Hill, Kaysville; Mrs. Stewart (Kathleen) Whitesides, Layton; 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, sister, James C., La Grande, Ore., Melvin, Pendelton, Ore., Mrs. Bertha Sainsbury, Salt Lake City.
Funeral, Wednesday 2 p.m., Layton East LDS Stake Center, 145 Chapel Dr. Friends call Lindquist Mortuary, Kaysville, Tuesday 6-8 P.M., Wednesday noon-1:30 p.m. Burial Kaysville Layton Memorial Park.
