He is survived by: His wife.....Charlotte Blevins; 1 son.....Rodney Blevins; 1 sister.....Barbara Koger.
He is preceded in death by: His son.....Steve Blevins; His parents.....Fred and Elsie Blevins.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 26, 2013 from 11am-2pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at 2pm in the chapel of the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Stop Church of Christ Cemetery.
