Lee Ann Hubbard, 45, Kokomo, passed away at 1:39am Sunday December 29, 2013 at her home. She was born February 2, 1968 in Kokomo.

She is survived by her loving, devoted husband and best friend of 28 years, Jim Hubbard, of Kokomo. Married on February 7, 1985, they were blessed with three children, Zachary Hubbard, Cody Hubbard and Kasey Hubbard, all of Kokomo, as well as four beautiful grandchildren, Tyler Hubbard, Brayton Waldron, Cooper Huddleston and Camdyn Hubbard. She also leaves behind her mother, Linda Conner of Kokomo and a brother, Paul and Amy Barber of Indianapolis; as well as a niece, Krista Barber, of Kokomo and father-in-law, Wilson Hubbard, of Kokomo.

She was preceded in death by a sister and grandmother.

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm Thursday January 2, 2014 at Shirley & Stout Funeral Homes & Crematory, Jefferson Street Chapel, 414 West Jefferson Street with Robert Estle officiating. Burial will follow in Kokomo Memorial Park Cemetery.
