David R. BURKHART, of Medford. Entered into rest October 24, 2012 at the age of 48. Beloved husband of Jeanine (Schiavone) BURKHART. Dear son of the late Marsha (Stein) BURKHART. Devoted father of Jason GANTZ and his wife Jacinta, Jessica GANTZ and her fiancé Mathew GOULD and Danielle GANTZ and her fiancé Antonio DaSILVA. Cherished grandfather of Zachary GANTZ, Elissa GOULD, Joseph ROMERO and Ryan DOWNING. Loving nephew of Sheila and Gerald STEIN, Juana and Alan STEIN, Jane and Robert STEIN and many loving cousins.
Services will be held at the Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton, Massachusetts, on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at 12:00 noon. Interment Sharon Memorial Park. Memorial Observance will be announced at the Service. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to Massachusetts General Hospital, Thoracic Oncology Center, 55 Fruit Street, Boston, MA 02114.
