Robert Lee “Willie” Goodman, age 61, of Linton, passed away at 5:38 P.M. Tuesday, November 1, 2005, at the Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born July 21, 1944, in Sullivan, the son of Cleo Virgle & Goldie E. (Keller) Goodman. He formerly worked at the Greene County Pallet Factory. He was an avid fisherman & hunter. Survivors include two sons, Richard Goodman of Illinois & Jack Goodman of Illinois, a daughter, Dawn Lovelett of Irving, Illinois, a brother, Virgle Franklin Goodman of Linton, two sisters, Louise Combs of Carlisle & Shirley Ann Brouhard of Freelandville, & ten grandchildren, Shawn Allen, Joshua Goodman, Harley Goodman, Allen Goodman, Candace Dawn Goodman, Miranda Goodman, Kelsey Goodman, Brandon Goodman, Breanna Goodman, & Makenzie Goodman. He was preceded by two brothers, Billie Francis Goodman & Irving Ray Goodman, & his parents. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 P.M. Thurs., Nov. 3, at Woodward Cemetery, three miles south of Dugger, Rev. Myra Torrance officiating.
