Age 84, son of the late Anthony and Lucyna Balewski Dembski. Ted lived in Erie most of his life, and was a member of St. John the Baptist R.C. Church. He was employed with General Electric Co. for 39 years, retiring in 1981, and was a member of the G.E. Quarter Century Club and the G.E. Retired Employee's Association. He served in the US Army during WWII as a Staff Sergeant with the 2nd Armored Division, and was awarded the Bronze Star; and was an avid bowler.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sophie Albrewczynski; a sister, Florence Dembski Niedzielski; and three brothers, Zygmunt, Alfred, and Joseph Dembski.
Survivors include his daughter, Carol Ann Ford (Douglas), of Erie; his son, Ted J. Dembski (Stephanie), of Erie; five grandchildren; one brother, Stanley Demski (Theresa), of Erie; two sisters, Irene Lubiejewski and Ann Larson of Erie; and several nieces and nephews.
