Born March 28, 1967, in DuBois, she was the daughter of Joseph Pearce and Harriet Pearce. They survive.
She was a 1985 graduate of DuBois Area High School.
She was a published author of poetry and volunteered at the humane society. She was a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan,
She enjoyed living in Florida because of the beach and sunshine.
Survivors also include her stepmother, Sue Pearce of DuBois; a brother, Joseph Pearce of DuBois; a sister, Sherry White of DuBois; her grandfather, Joe Pearce of Falls Creek; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014, at Salem United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dean Smith officiating.
Memorial donations may be made to the Falls Creek Humane Society.
