Lisa was born December 22, 1948 and went to be with her Lord and Savior December 27, 2013, after a long and brave struggle with Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS). Lisa grew up in Oklahoma City and attended Oklahoma State University. She was always involved in both social and civic activities. She was the first secretary of Bricktown Association in the early development stages and found it an exciting challenge. She was an assistant to the Oklahoma State Legislature and retired several months after her diagnosis of ALS. Lisa loved life and enjoyed each day to the fullest surrounded by her loving family and many friends. She was an inspiration to all who knew her and will be deeply missed. Throughout her life she put the needs of others before her own. She enjoyed gardening, golf, skiing, traveling and time at her lake home. Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Bill L. Montgomery. She was survived by her devoted husband, David Dean Wooster, her parents Julie and Charles Lampkin; children, Kim Doherty (Jeff), Amanda Toups (Shane), Emily O'Bryan (Sean), Sam Taylor (Ashley), Kim Crilly (Sam). She also left behind grandchildren, Greyson, Hayden, Allie Jane, Tyler, Jaycee, Jacob, Jenah, Brogan, Riley, Skyler, Kaleb, Aubrey & Brendon; sisters, Cynthia Jane Lower(Steve), Dena Duncan(Jim); brother, Randy Montgomery and loving nieces and nephews. Donations were requested to OMRF in Lisa's name. Visitation was on Tuesday and Wednesday from 1-5 p.m. at the funeral home. Committal services were held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 2, 2014 at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery, followed by a celebration of Lisa's life at 11:00 a.m. at Buchanan Funeral Service Chapel. Honorary pallbearers consisted of Jeff Doherty, Shane Toups, Sam Taylor, Sean O'Bryan, Greyson Gallagher and Jacob Bailey.
