Helen Carol Rash Kramer, 70, of Owenton, died Friday at her residence.
She was born Jan. 1, 1934, in Cincinnati, the daughter of the late J.S. Rash and Gregoria Kane.
She was a housewife, literature scholar, motivational speaker, ballroom dance instructor, a member of St. Edwards Catholic Church, a member of R.A.P., C.A.P.A. and the Woman's Club. She was a graduate of Mother of Mercy and attended Villa Madonna College.
She is survived by her husband, George Kramer; three sons, Dale A. Kramer of California, George Kramer III of Cincinnati and John William (Dawn) Kramer of Owenton; two daughters, Kimberly Carol Kramer of Owenton, and Rachele Pauline Kramer (Timothy) Selvage of Cincinnati; 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Donald Scott Johnson.
A Mass was held Tuesday at St. Edwards Catholic Church with Fr. Jerry Witzemann officiating. Burial was in the Owenton I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Pallbearers were John Kramer, George Kramer III, George Bradon, Timothy Selvage and Scott Borgemenke. Memorial contributions may be made to the New Horizons Medical Foundation.
