Alice C. Landowski, 84, Scandinavia, a Portage County native and the mother of several Portage County residents, died Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2005, at Appleton Medical Center in Appleton.
Mrs. Landowski was born April 25, 1921, in Amherst Junction, a daughter of the late Joseph and Pearl (Platta) Ostrowski.
She was married to Adolph J. Landowski on Nov 24, 1945, at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Fancher. He died March 30, 1978. She was also preceded in death by six sisters and five brothers.
She was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Community in Waupaca.
