Randy was born July 1, 1951, in Eugene, Ore., to Orvil Rice and Aloha (Duckworth) Rice. He passed away Dec. 19, 2013, in Coos Bay.
Randy was a lifelong resident of Coos Bay and touched many lives. He was an avid bowler and considered his teammates and competitors his second family. He was dedicated to his family. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Randy is survived by his wife, Rosa Rice of North Bend; three children, Nicole, Amanda and Chris; brother, Bill Rice; and seven grandchildren.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Aloha and Orvil Rice.
