Layton - Heather Anne Day, 15, passed away May 7, 1993 in Layton Utah.

Heather was born June 16, 1077 to Steven A and Lynette Kinard Day. She was a ninth grade student at Central Davis Junior High School. She received the 9th Grade "Cub Excellor" award in math for the month of April. Heather was proud to be a member of the LDS Church, and was actively involved in the MIA Maid Program in the Layton 3rd Ward.

Heather loved to cook, sew, do crafts, and read. She has an abundance of love for her family and friends, and she taught all of us how to love and how to live. Heather's determination and strong spirit helped her to overcome the traits that life presented her.

Heather is survived by her parents; her brother, Tyler, and her sisters, Jaimi and Tiffany; grandparents, Paul and Mae Worthen, Neil and Ilene Harrington, all of Layton, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held 11 am, Tuesday May 11, 1993 at Layton 3rd Ward, 2435 East 1500 North, Layton, with Bishop O. William Asplund officiating. Friends may call Monday 6-8 pm at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1074 North Fairfield Road, Layton, and one hour prior to services at the church. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
