Per her Jefferson county death record, Nellie was a daughter of Gilbert Norris Mosher and Carolyn Grace Arnold Mosher. The name on the headstone of her mother is engraved as "Caroline", so the death record entry may have been a clerical error (I've linked Nellie to what I believe are memorials for her parents, who evidently were buried in Nebraska).
She was listed as being born in Gardner, Illinois. There are two counties in Illinois with that name for a city, so not sure at this time which one applies.
