Ms. Bailey was born June 10, 1934 in Houston County, Texas, the daughter of the late Willie Irene (Miles) and William David Oates. She passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013 in a local hospital. Memorial contributions in Ms. Bailey's memory may be made to O'Quinn Baptist Church, 7433 US Hwy 69N, Pollok, TX 75969. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday evening at Gipson Funeral Home. Condolences may be offered at www.gipsonfuneralhome.com.
