CLARKS, Jan. 10 (Special) — The funeral of Samuel H. Seay, 81, of Clarks, who died Sunday in a Columbia hospital, was held at 2 p.m. in the Bethel Baptist church. Officiating were Reverend Henderson of Marion and Rev. Johnnie Kelly of Columbia. Interment was in the Columbia cemetery.

Seay is survived by his wife, Mrs. Martha H. Seay, Clarks; four sons, Tillman Seay, Clarks; Wade Seay, Columbia; Marion Seay, Klamath Falls, Ore., and Azwell Seay, Monroe; three daughters, Mrs. Gladys Delaney, Klamath Falls, Ore.; Mrs. Eva Reeves, Monroe, and Mrs. Mellie Darby, Austin, Tex.; 29 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

A retired farmer, Seay was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church.
