Contributor Heather Hall V provided this information:

I believe her name is actually: Emma Eva Jones Suttles (she went by Eva (as an adult) and Evie (as a child). She is the daughter of Jasper Jones and his 2nd wife Emma Stewart. Per the 1900 census (enumerated 03 July 1900): She was born Oct 1865 and married James Charles Suttles in 1896 (after the death of his 1st wife, Maggie in 1894). Eva, on the 1900 census, has given birth to 4 children, but only one is living. He is Charles Lowery Suttles (born Nov. 1897). Emmett (b. Mar 1892) & Margaret "Maggie" (b. Mar 1893) who are listed in Eva's current bio were her step children who were only 2 and 1 years old, respectively, when their mother died. So, Eva raised them.
