We deeply sympathize with J. M. Currie in the death of his granddaughter, Miss Jim Brister Currie, eighteen years of age, who passed away at the home of her parents, Dr. and Mrs. Nolan Currie, in Jackson Monday morning. Her mother, Mrs. Currie was formerly Miss Trevia Brister of this county who has a host of friends and relatives here who deeply sympathize with her in her great sadness. J. M. Currie and his two daughters, Misses Katie and Lucy Currie, attended the funeral which was held in Jackson.
