Rev. Marvin Leo Wilson, went home to be with the Lord, October 28 in Georgetown ~ his loving family by his side.

Rev. Wilson was a son of Rev. Daniel W. Wilson, Sr. and Margret Leila McCants.

He was a retired minister with the South Carolina Pentecostal Holiness Conference. He pastored at several churches including Pioneer P.H. Church, Quenbee P.H. Church, Rock Bluff P.H. Church, Antioch P.H. Church, and severed as Interim Pastor for the South Carolina Pentecostal Holiness Conference.

Rev. Wilson was a member of the Andrews First Pentecostal Holiness Church, the Ansel Mixon Sunday School Class, and the mens fellowship. He was a World War II Army veteran.

He was the husband of Gertrude Flowers Wilson and surviving, in addition to her, are two daughters, Linda Barrineau and her husband Laurice of Andrews and Gail W. Dill of Bamburg; three grandchildren, Amy W. Watford, Roger Barrineau, and Christopher Marvin Barrineau; and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Mark White.
