Born Feb. 24, 1921, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Walter Parrish and Ethel Boyle Parrish. She was the wife of the late Timothy J. Behegan Jr.
She was a homemaker and member of Northwest Baptist Church.
Surviving are children Robert E. Behegan and wife Monica, of Manchester, Jackie Baker and husband Chris, of Swanton, and Timothy J. Behegan III and wife Cheryl, of Finksburg; a sister, Ruth Verbus, of Florida; nine grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 11605 Reisterstown Road, in Owings Mills. Visitation will also be held from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service, 11 a.m. Friday at Northwest Baptist Church, 300 Westminster Road, in Reisterstown. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg.
