Victor S. Clark, age 48, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2012 at his home in Clinton, Missouri. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

He was born at Bothwell Hospital in Sedalia, Missouri on 27 May 1964, the son of the late Ronald W. Clark of Warsaw and Sandra J. Byerly of Onalaska, Texas. He grew up in Warsaw and was a 1982 graduate of Warsaw High School.

Vic was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing, looking for natural and historical artifacts and searching for the perfect spot to fulfill his lifelong dream of building a log cabin on 100 acres in the woods.

After graduating, he worked for Consumers and G&W Grocery in Warsaw and Nevada and then went to California to work on the big wind turbines which he enjoyed very much. After suffering a work related injury he returned home to his Missouri roots and spent many hours roaming the hills of Benton and Henry Counties enjoying the outdoors and with spending time with family and friends.

In addition to his mother Sandra and her husband Carl Byerly, he is survived by two sisters, Rhonda Joy Clark of Independence, Missouri and Tina Lea Clark of Kansas City, Missouri; four nephews, Ronnie Lee Estenbaum and Ryan Joe Estenbaum both of Independence, Missouri, Levi Gene Hensley of Narovchatsky Region, Russia and Travis Steele Guenther of Kansas City, Missouri; six great-nieces and newphews and many other family and friends who will miss him greatly. We ask instead of flowers please send donations to the Samaritan Center, and you may leave your condolences at www.vansant-millsfuneralhome.com.
