Son of Jesse J. and Erma F. Walker and brother of Mary Elizabeth Walker. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and with the State Department afterwards in North Africa, Haiti and Guatemala. June 8, 1963 he married Marguerite Lienard in San Jose, California. He was a talented artist with many exhibits to his credit.
