Jacqueline Josephine Paty was the daughter of Amos E. Paty & Bertha Ables. Her mother died when she was only two years old and she was raised mostly by her father's parents while her father worked.
She married Hubert Houston Holik on 8 Jan 1938 in Las Vegas, NV when she was only 16. They had two sons. Jackie & Hubert divorced in July 1974.
She married Benjamin Erwin LeGrand on March 15, 1975 in Las Vegas, NV and was married to him until his death in 1998.
She is survived by two sons, two grand daughters, two grand sons, and two great grandsons and two step-sons & their families.
She was a wonderful person and everyone loved her. I am her niece and she was one of my most favorite aunts. She always seemed to be happy and playful and I will miss her a lot even though I live in Texas and she lived in Bakersfield, CA and I didn't get to see her very often.
