Mrs. Janice Rhonda Presley Wyatt, age 49 of Aragon passed away on Friday, January 30, 2009.
Mrs. Wyatt was born on August 3, 1959 in Polk County, daughter of Patricia Ann “Patsy” Waits Presley and the late Ralph Edward Presley. She was a former employee of Shaw Industries and a member of Circle L Ministries in Taylorsville. Mrs. Wyatt was preceded in death by a son, Randy Lee Wyatt; and two daughters, both named Rhonda Joy Wyatt.
Survivors include her mother, Patricia Ann “Patsy” Waits Presley of Rockmart; her husband, Joel Randolph “Randy” Wyatt of Aragon to whom she married on November 6, 1975; two daughters, Brandy Ingle and husband Corey of Kennesaw and Trish Lowe and husband Allen of Summerville; a brother, Tony Presley and wife Brenda of Rockmart; a sister, Judy Williams and husband Randy of Taylorsville; two nieces, Mindy Presley and Miranda Williams; and four grandchildren, Angel Adams, C. J. Ingle, Mandy Lowe and D. J. Lowe.
Funeral services for Mrs. Wyatt will be held on Sunday, February 1st at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Freeman Harris Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Lyle officiating. Interment will follow in the family lot of Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery on Cassville Road in Cartersville.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Allen Lowe, Corey Ingle, Ronald Young, Dennis Wyatt, Sr., Dennis Wyatt, Jr. and Rickey Beason.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday evening, January 31st between the hours of 6 and 9 p.m.
