Shannon L. McKinney, 35, of Monaca died peacefully in her sleep on Thursday.
Born in Butler on Aug. 14, 1978, she was the daughter of Susan Davis Dietrich of Monaca and the late Richard McKinney Jr.
Shannon was a waitress for Ranaldi's Restaurant in Center Township. She was a member of the Low Rider's Girls Club in Michigan.
She was the loving mother of Maddyson and Jacob Allen of Monaca. She is survived by her mother, Susan David Dietrich of Monaca; her stepfather, Donald Dietrich Jr. of Valencia; her fiancee, Rich McCarthy of Monaca; one brother, Derek Dietrich of Monaca; her grandparents, Robert and Ruth Davis of Mars, Shirley McKinney of Butler and Marlene Franks of Ithaca, Mich.; also many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She will be forever missed by her loving family.
MCKINNEY - Friends of Shannon L. McKinney, who died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, are invited to a memorial service at the Mars VFW Post 7505, 331 Mars-Valencia Road, Mars, at 4 p.m. Monday.
