Grand daughter of Alexis Morrill and Mary Simpson, his wife.

Gr.-granddaughter of Josiah Simpson and Mary Sullivan, his wife.

Gr.-gr.-granddaughter of Daniel Sullivan and Abigail Bean, his second wife.

Daniel Sullivan, (1737-81), raised a company of militia for home defense. He was taken prisoner by an armed force from the ship "Alliance," carried to Castine and offered parole which he refused. He was confined on the "Jersey" and died from ill treatment. He was born in Berwick, Maine. His brother John was the distinguished general and president of
New Hampshire and his brother James was governor of Massachusetts.
