BIVENS, JERRY DAVID, age 71, of Madisonville, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2013 at Skyline Medical Center, Nashville. He was an auto mechanic by trade. Preceded in death by father, Homer Bivens. Survivors: daughters, Angel Bivens, Amber Vinton, of Cadiz, OH; several grandchildren; mother, Marie Bivens; Madisonville; sisters, Katrina Bivens, Orlando, FL, Lisa Garren, Madisonville; brothers, Harold Bivens, Talahina, OK, Daniel Bivens, Riviera Beach, FL, Randy Bivens, Madisonville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral 1:00 p.m. Monday, Biereley-Hale Chapel. Bob Baughn will speak. Interment in Chestua Methodist Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
