Anita was united in marriage to Joe Don Bradford on February 11, 1972. To their union they were blessed with one son, Derik.
She was of the Pentecostal faith. She worked at Rawlings, and the Angelica Uniform Company for many years. Her last employment was for home health were she enjoyed caring for her clients. Her hobbies were reading and spending time with her family. She was a wonderful wife, mother and sister.
Anita is preceded in death by her father Virgil Flower and her mother Janice Wharton, 2 brothers, Bobby and Leroy, and 1 sister Jerri, her grandparents, Daniel and Marie Waggoner.
She is survived her husband Joe Bradford, and son Derik both of Willow Springs, Missouri, brothers and sisters, Virgil Flower of West Plains, Missouri, Dana Thomas and husband Larry of West Plains, Missouri, Wilma Ashlock and husband Clarence of Skiatook, Oklahoma, and Paul Wharton and wife Michelle of West Plains, Missouri, a host of nieces, nephews and other family members. She is going to be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday December 23, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Clear Springs Church with Rev. Brad Nelson officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday evening at Bradford Funeral Home in Summersville from 6 to 8 PM with Family time is at 5 PM. Burial will be in Clear Springs Cemetery under the care of Bradford Funeral Home.
