Penelope "Penny" M. Spooner-Clizbe of Elko passed away on Oct. 21, 2005, while visiting her mother in Stockton, Calif. She was born Penelope Marie on March 6, 1960, in Stockton and graduated from Franklin High School in 1978. She was a kind and sensitive individual. She loved to fish, hunt, play pool and ride her dirt bike. But most importantly she loved her children and grandkids. She is survived by her mother, Evelynn O'Rielly; daughter, Sabrina Spooner; son, David Cramblit; and granddaughter, Alyssa; all of Stockton, Calif.; and her brothers, John O'Rielly of Stockton and Richard O'Rielly of Fresno, Calif. She treated her stepchildren, Katey A. Clizbe and Jacob W. Clizbe of Stockton and Mica C. Clizbe of Turlock, Calif., as her own. Never once did she refer to them as her stepchildren and always introduced them as “My daughters and son.” And all of them called her mom with no hesitation.
